# 📜 1Adset Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

**1. Eligibility**

* The referral program is open to all verified users of the 1Adset platform.
* Participants must comply with platform rules and use the program ethically.

**2. How It Works**

* After accepting these terms, you will receive a unique referral link.
* Share your link to invite others to register and use 1Adset services.
* You earn rewards when referred users complete their first deposit.

**3. Commissions & Reward Structure**

**🔹 Promoter (Referrer) Rewards**

* Earn **$30** for each successful referral.
* Rewards are credited as **referral earnings**.

**🔹 Referred User Rewards**

* Receives a **$10 welcome bonus** after making their **first deposit**.
* Bonus is usable only for advertising services on the platform (TikTok Ads).

**4. Usage & Conversion Rules**

* Referral earnings can only be used for **ad spend** on the 1Adset platform.
* Once your referral earnings reach **$100**, you can convert them into your user ad balance.
* Conversion is done manually by the user through the referral dashboard using the **“Convert to User Balance”** button.
* If your available referral earnings are less than $110, the conversion will fail.

**5. Prohibited Activities**

* Any of the following will result in disqualification and loss of rewards:
  * Self-referrals (creating fake or duplicate accounts).
  * Fraudulent activity, bots, or fake leads.
  * Spamming, misleading promotion, or abuse of the program.

**6. Monitoring & Deactivation**

* 1Adset reserves the right to monitor all referral activity.
* If suspicious behavior is detected, the referral link may be deactivated.
* Admins have full authority to withhold or reverse rewards in case of violations.

**7. Agreement**

By clicking **“I Accept”**, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood the above terms.
* You agree to use the referral system fairly and within the platform’s policies.
