1. Business Hours: Our support operates from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

2. Account Responsibility: We will not be held responsible for suspended accounts due to suspicious activity, spam, or policy violations.

3. Subscription and Tax: Subscriptions and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Customer Information: We review customer information for security purposes.

5. Policy Violations: Ad accounts found in violation of TikTok rules will receive a warning and have access removed. Repeat violations may result in permanent account deactivation.

6. Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no spending within the past month will have access removed until they contact our support team.

7. Payment Gateways: We support various payment gateways including Cih Bank, Barid Bank, Attijari Bank, PAYONEER, WISE, and USDT. Transactions are confirmed only after successful payment completion.

8. Credit Settlement: Clients using sheet calculations must settle their credit within 24 hours to avoid account limitations.

9. Account Suspension: In the event of an account suspension, we promptly appeal to the TikTok ads team for review. Refunds are subject to TikTok's policies and may take up to 30 business days.

10. Refund Policies:

    1. Refunds are processed within 60 calendar days after account closure. Refunds are not available for accounts suspended in accordance with TikTok's terms of service.

    2. We only accept refunds via USDT wallet as there are no issues with this wallet. This is in case there is a remaining balance on the platform.

11. Refund Exclusions: Refunds do not include unused ad credits or any benefits granted by TikTok. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

12. Loan Policy: We do not provide loans.

13. Deposit Splitting and Threshold Support: We support deposit splitting and threshold options for eligible clients.

14. Transaction Tax: A $5 minimum tax applies to the refunded amount from the ad account (international payment tax are waived).

15. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change at any time.

16. Tax Deduction: Taxes are deducted for self-charged accounts and violations may result in account removal.

17. Prohibited Products: We strictly prohibit illegal products on TikTok Ads, including adult products, weight-related products, medical products, spying products, watches, perfumes, weapons, unauthorized services, and digital products.
