⁠Step 2 : verification process

1. Why verify account?​

t Emedia, the security and safety of our customers are paramount. Thus, we mandate account verification for all clients creating accounts with us. This stringent process ensures that only legitimate users can access our platform and services, thwarting fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

The information furnished during verification is used solely for this purpose and is treated with utmost confidentiality. We adhere strictly to our privacy policy to safeguard all personal and account data.

To initiate the verification process, you are required to provide:

• a valid phone number.

• one of three links to your Facebook, Telegram, or WhatsApp accounts.

• a product link that you plan to promote through our services.

This information is indispensable for verifying your account and delivering optimal service quality.

2. Guide to verifying account​

1. Update Information:

   Fill out your phone number and provide at least one valid contact method among the three options.

   Note: A valid contact method is essential to successfully complete the verification process.

2. Product Link Submission:

   Please submit your product link for review. The inclusion of a product link expedites the approval process, provided there are no violations associated with your product. If you utilize an unverified link for advertising, your ads will be automatically paused.

   Additionally, attach a screenshot of your admin site sourced from your website, store, seller center, or landing page as mentioned above.

Note: It is imperative to log in to your website and capture the screenshot from there. The screenshot should display the URL (domain) of your admin site. If feasible, attaching an additional image from your warehouse or stock pertaining to the product you wish to promote is recommended (you can attach the second image).

Upon submission, your account verification process will commence.

3. Passing the Verification Process:

At Emedia, ensuring the security and safety of our customers is our top priority. Hence, we mandate account verification for all clients upon registration. This stringent procedure guarantees that only genuine users gain access to our platform and services, effectively thwarting fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

The information provided during verification serves the sole purpose of authentication and remains entirely confidential. We adhere strictly to our privacy policy, safeguarding all personal and account data.

To successfully complete the verification process, you must provide:

• A valid phone number.

• One of three links to your Facebook, Telegram, or WhatsApp accounts.

• A product link (not a store link) intended for promotion through our services.

This information is indispensable for verifying your account and delivering the highest standard of service quality.

4. Submitting Product Link:

After completing the verification process, proceed to submit your product link.

In the Product Links tab, click on Create New.

Enter your product URL, add your target market, and then submit.

Note: The product link should lead to the specific product you intend to advertise on TikTok, not to your store's link.

Kindly exercise patience as the review process may take up to 12 hours.
